6 tips to make the most of your countdown
Hooray, you’re going on a srprs.trip 🥳 You can’t prepare - since, you know, you don’t know where you’re going - but there’s one thing you can do: count down! We’ve got a few tips to make the most of your srprs.countdown:
Subscribe to our srprs.countdown playlist! Listen to it every morning so you’re aware of the joyful fact that you’re one day closer to that big revelation.
Make a packing list for all weather scenarios. Rain, sun, cold or heat; when you get that weather forecast a week before departure, you’re packing like a pro!
Place a bet with family and friends. Let everyone take a guess as to what your destination will be and let them write down 3 amazing tips for that destination. Maybe you can use those tips on your trip, maybe not. Who knows! (We do, but we’re not gonna tell). Also, don’t forget to share your personal page with them so they can enjoy the countdown and the big reveal as well.
Theme nights! Spanish tapas, Italian pasta, German schnitzels, Polish pierogi or Dutch 'stamppot’; everything is possible. And the longer you have to count down until your day of departure, the more destinations you can get a taste of. Enjoy your meal!
Make a bucket list of things you can do at any destination. Think of things like tasting local dishes, go clubbing with locals, climbing the highest viewpoint in the city and visiting a museum. This way you’ll see that the destination doesn’t really matter; you can enjoy yourself everywhere!
